Frankly someone who bases their entire career path on ending up here and jumped through hoops to do so is a more reliable hire than the 500 hour wonders from Republic who would leave 6 months in (not that we’re hiring that type anymore). CJO in any form they should be honoring, was terrible they pulled them from people who were waiting including people I personally know.
You said “like they’ve been doing”. They prioritized 225 over people who’d been sitting in the pool for well over a year. Yeah, they should honor their commitments…to everyone. If I’m waiting for a class…don’t pass me over because a 225 guy suddenly hit the hours needed to flow over. You put the 225 guy in the pool with everyone else in order in which they’re added. I agree with you the CJO Indian giving was BS. We’re prob saying the same thing.
