We only know as far into the future as when the class starts. We were told currently to expect 10-30 upgrades a month and 35-45 NH a month for the forseeable future.
We were also told back in Jan of last year we were hiring 40+ every month for the forseeable future then stopped all NH and upgrades for 5 or 6 months and started offering COLAs.
You never know. Currently, people are upset we are only seeing 10 or so upgrades a month when we were told 30 a month, issue is the sims can't handle 60 NHs a month and 20+ CA upgrades + recurrents.
