Please let me offer an actionable item. Start a gratitude journal. Reflecting on what you have versus what others have will bring joy to your life and change your outlook. Write in it every day. Take the journal with you on the road.

help. If you are reading this message, your eyes work. If you are typing a reply in this thread, your hands work. There are millions of people that would kill to be you. Hell, young you would kill to be today you.
Gratitude will help you center on how amazing our lives be it at an LCC or UA or DL.
