And people hired at United 7 years before me are only a couple of hundred numbers senior to me. So a person hired at United in 2000/2001 (pretty close to 26 years) may not be able to hold widebody captain. I’m referring to 777/787 - if you mean 757, then by all means she can easily hold it in most bases.
