As I understand it from those who have gone before, the interview is pretty much the same as NCA/AJX; you sit in front of a board and they tell you how it is . . . basically. The main thing with the Asian carriers (apart from CX) appears to be how well you will fit in with their system. I recently had an interview with a different operation and it was about that kind of speed. They didn't ask any difficult flying questions for which I would have had to study books which I have not read for years, they just wanted to get to know me.
The main thing was that my simulator work matched what my application said. My sim partners did not, and he was not picked up.
