ask anybody under 35 if they want to fly the 737. The younger generation has been hardwired to hate the 737, mostly due to learning in glass aircraft. Prediction: 737 will become junior as retirements continue and younger pilots are hired.
I flew the 737 previously at another carrier and now on the 220 here. I’d much rather fly the 73 but I make more money on the 220. I’m firmly in the under 35 category.
