One phone call and advisement can change an entire trip and your compensation is 2 hours. Maybe 6 hours if a list of conditions are right but it needs to be a 12+ day trip.

It's industry lagging to say the least and seriously needs to be addressed.

I am unsure why you think what we have now is just fine?
