No they definitely do not suck to fly with. I’m my short time here, on reserve for over 2 years, getting used all over our spread thin reserve system, my favorite captains are former virgin. Sure there’s a few that slipped through, but I largely find that virgin hired with personality as a priority and it shows. They are great people that make my reserve life as good as it can be.
