I am not sure the comment that we have to stay IBT for that to still be a legal contract, If you had a New CBI even though it would have been signed by teamsters it would not be voided if we went to ALPA, I am sure smarter reps from places like ALPA National will be able to clearify that for allegiant pilots.
I’m not sure either. Good point about how a CBA would carry over. It’s something we need clarification on since it’s an interim agreement and not part of our CBA.
