The most senior people at this airline have received outside counsel on this matter.

There’s nothing I’d like more than to walk away from IBT….. but I will not take any action to do so until the cash hits the account in full.

I’m sure the company will tell us all otherwise…. But the agreement was made specifically with the teamsters. A move away from them would result in the company having the option of not paying.
