Regardless, our raise was actually spurred on by the failed union vote and not ASA's CBA. The timeline was purely coincidental, besides you can see how much their TA helped us due to the fact that we
already had everything they now have with the exception of a few more $ per hour. It seems that our pay and QOL "policies" helped them more than their CBA helped us.
Take a look at the timeline and you’ll see that the SKW pay negotiations spiked shortly after the failed vote.
