We’re 11 days from assigned seating. Still no word from the company or SWAPA on how this will work for DHs other than “we’re making progress”. I guess the past 8 months has not been enough time. And like all issues lately, SWAPA is pretty much silent with no updates and a no-care attitude.
It’s become evident that SWAPA does not have any balls anymore and they don’t want to ruffle feathers over at the kompany. No assigned seating for DHs? Displacements? The silence is deafening…

I 100% disagree with you. I have never seen bigger balls . Look no further than the SWAPA scheduling chair, he interviewed for a vice president position with the company and he’s still working for the union..He even got a shoutout form SWAPA saying what an awesome job he’s doing . Name any other job where someone can interview for the other side/team and still keep their job? I can tell you right now, if one of the chief pilots ran for union rep or other SWAPA position, The company would kick them out of their job as soon as they caught wind of it .
