What about throttling down for a bit at 30 when you have kids? or when one of your kids gets cancer?

I'm not advocating for the 80 year olds to be able to throttle down, it would be a win for everyone if we tied the FA mandatory retirement age to social security retirement age and bring back the enforcement of fitness requirements.
