Exactly. I don’t really understand the narrative of some here of “Welp, get knocked up gotta quit like the ole days….having kids a choice”

Yet they will be the first that complain about the quality of the people they get once these types of elements from the compensation package disappear.

That workgroup cannot be based on everyone quitting prior to 5 years.

For a place like Spirit whose strategy mostly centers around exploiting the unaware consumer, and not prioritizing good customer service …you can sort of get a way with the high turnover model…….but for an airline like ours, a brand like ours……poor customer really can’t really be our identity. The FA’s spend far and away the most time of any workgroup with the customer…….thats part of what makes us different than Spirit or Frontier…….cause it sure isn’t what we do in the cockpit.
