Anecdotal but my experience with pilots who have other serious qualifications (like DR) are usually wackos. Makes me wonder if they were forced out of their previous profession. Being a doctor doesn’t mean much if you haven’t practiced in years or barely practice. I probably wouldn’t trust a doctor who brags about being an airline pilot to perform heart surgery on me. Same with taxes. Would you want a CPA flying your plane? Don’t need a pilot doing my taxes.
