QS may not be a long term solution anyway depending on what happens in section 6 coming up. The company will almost certainly come hard to change the current trip coverage process, so that will be something to watch. At the very least, it is well within the realm of possibility that at least 2 of QS, GS, and SLV end up on the same counter. The survey made it clear that it's under consideration. I don't think anyone's realistic intention was to give senior (REGULAR) pilots 3+ bites at the premium apple before other pilots when it was basically 1 bite 5 years ago. At least not outside the fringes.
Fixed your post. Senior reserve pilots will only be getting 2 bites...
