Something to consider is that a pilot can't be on a QS and a GS and then get 23M7 all on the same days. While the frenzy on premium flying will again tip back towards senior, the result may be more premium trips legitimately available junior because senior is already on a premium trip.
As for IA vs QS as a commuter, they're both inside 8 hours to report, right? So I don't see a big change there.
