Make them all independent contractors. Take away the insurance and benefits and pay a flat higher hourly rate. Save billions.They don’t work they don’t get paid and the co isn’t on the hook for the insurance and benefits.
A LOT of Flight Attendants walked the picket line with us during our contract effort. They also went on strike with us in ‘85. They deserve more than to be viewed as a profit sharing impediment.
