LAS had unfilled FO slots on the last vacancy, so if it isn't offered in class I don't think it would take too long to hold either via vacancy or a base trade. Some folks avoid it like the plague as more than half of the trips include a redeye.
I’m not sure the current mix, but when it opened 2/3rds of the trips had a redeye, and they weren’t even all first or last day. A lot were on day 2, then the 11
hour day sleep, etc. Awful trips that were so bad, I know quite a few people who went back to commuting.
