Seen a lot of chatter that 1200+ hires is essentially confirmed for 2026. Been thinking a lot about the interview going sideways and what I’ll do different next time around. I’m really hoping that I can make a career at Delta before long, seems like there’s a lot to be excited about. Following this thread just brings a lot of good feelings out.
you may want to consider first applying to the ramp or fa position. after a few years, it’ll look good on your resume that you’re a good fit if you work hard.
