Total of 230 wide-bodies after all 764 and 330ceo retirements. That’s bigger than United’s plans (x150 787 + 50 options, but they have many more replacements). Already parking old PW 777’s because they are being driven into a mechanical corner and plenty of old 764’s.
As I’ve been saying. The next decade at Delta will be very global and ambitious. The WB fleet will be the largest it’s even been in its history with both 787’s, 359’s, and 339’s. Love to see the haters watch Delta expand beyond “JV reliance yadada”. Get that old trash out of here. Amazing time to be starting at Delta.
