Exactly. Why is the concept of different requirements for different matters so hard to grasp?
I think of it as the difference of passing a law through congress vs. a constitutional amendment. One should rightly be harder than the other.
You may think ALPA is vastly better than APA, but to claim a presidential election occurring every three years should have the same standard as a once-in-a-career union vote is disingenuous in my opinion.
