Actually it’s not private at all. Google United Pilot contract and there are multiple links to it. Many travel blogs even post pay rate charts immediately upon the signing of a new contract by any airline. I’m prior Navy so I don’t have an issue personally. My entire career post college has had published pay rates. Mine are just bigger now.
