Most guys I know commute on DL metal. If guys are commuting on mainline on a fairly easy commute reserving a jumpseat makes it easy. If guys commute on other airlines or RJs staff traveller or friends becomes a lot more important.
He meant why is it hard to get loads on staff traveler from Delta.
