ASA pilots negotiated the payrates and workrules for both parties. Unfortunately the SkyWest pilots benefited from our work without giving any support in return.
Wrong and you're giving your CBA way too much credit. Our new pay rates were voted in due to the failed union vote and yes ASA's new pay rates and
only their pay rates, as well as everyone else’s were used in the process. But
WE’VE HAD YOUR NEW WORK RULES FOR ALMOST A DECADE now and you just got them.
