ASA pilots negotiated the payrates and workrules for both parties. Unfortunately the SkyWest pilots benefited from our work without giving any support in return.
Don't worry, man. After CHQ buys SKW, we'll let you ASA guys play the XBox 360s we have in our crew rooms. SKW pilots will be relegated to fighting former Compass pilots for the Atari in our bag rooms.
