I mean no offense, just correcting your errors.
You have long call reserve and reserve transparency? What about min day and rig pay for reserves? A reserve system that lets you choose whether you want to fly or want to sit at home and do nothing?

How about 700 pay for vacation, training, and guarantee?

How about a seat lock that doesn't apply to aircraft that pay more?

How about turning a week of vacation into 12-14 days straight?

Oh yeah, and we don't have PBS. If we do get it, our union will demand that we share in the cost savings for the company by getting a pay raise or better work rules.

There's more, but I won't bore you with all the details. You fail to understand that work rules encompass more than just min day pay and rigs.
