ASA in 1998 was the first union regional to get cancellation pay, block or better, and all of that. We've always had leg-by-leg for cancellation pay, block or better (and we get paid off the published times in the Delta schedule and not based on historical trip times or anything like that), and being displaced off your trip (some contracts do it day-by-day which is not as good). Actually, in 1998, the things we got in our contract blew away most of the other regionals... it's just after 10 years some parts were dated. However, there are still airlines that don't have the work rules we had in our 1998 contract, which is a shame.

I am not sure exactly when SkyWest got their workrules, but I would bet any amount of money that it was in RESPONSE to a union carrier getting theirs.
I knew you wouldn't undestand my sarcasm. LOL!

BTW, you just got B or B. And grow up with the union crap.

Good day and I have to go fly.
