Not 2026, but I was the last hire class of 25 and got the PARB email before I was on the bus after the interview. I think it depends on what triggered it but it's well over 90% pass rate I believe. Just a waiting game at this point, the PARB meets once per month. From asking around I think they just double check for any show stoppers in your app (criminal record/DUI/anything weird in your background check that could relate to mental health).
