And the headrest wings and mini-center divider make it difficult to get up from a window seat to use the restroom if you are not young, thin, and nimble, especially if the seat in front of you is reclined and/or the passenger in the aisle seat is sleeping. I guess they may appeal to some, including the executives who picked them out, but like the Business Class mini-cubicles (coffins?) on American's new 321XLR's, they will not appeal to anyone prone to claustrophobia.
