He's not attacking you meme. He simply points out that by your decision you effectively lowered your own seniority. That was your decision.

Now you want some sort of seniority undermining concession to make it better for you. That affects many pilots, many who decided opposite of you to remain an FO and get more out of that seniority.

You can move back to FO or accept your decision. stop trying to undermine seniority here as it stands just because you moved yourself to a crappier situation seniority wise.
