Yeah, Bro. That's true. That's how this works. Have you never been thru negotiations before? The company can basically stone wall the process to absolutely nothing for years. That's how the game is rigged. For the record, United, Delta and Southwests latest contracts all took over 3 years to negotiate as well.
It sucks but the RLA and the NMB allow this
