Pilots are generally going to be ****ed off about what they heard (contract timeline) but IMO it’s very refreshing to hear JD talk vs BB. He admits our problems and says what we have all been saying for years. Hopefully not too little too late.

Essentially he just reiterated the earnings call. Yields and loads are slowly improving. Costs are far too high because we don’t fly enough on off peak days and utilization is in the dump as a result. First class seats still aren’t ready but should be here by years end. WiFi in a couple of years. We can’t rely on SLB anymore. We have to be profitable as an airline. Growth in ATL and west coast due to Spirit vacancies. Specifically mention LAS as a large yield improvement with Spirit leaving. Trying to improve maintenance in various ways, and automation during turns to improve on time performance.
