They (probably) have better stats than we ever could imagine regarding on time performance. It still sounds like head start and better preventative maintenance is the key. This quote you highlighted was regarding the times we are late by 1-2 minutes. Yes I think RTS automation could help us tremendously. Being fixed and sitting for any thing more than a few minutes is insane to me. Hopefully that is an easy fix and fast.
