You'll know days before Indoc. They arrange the room in seniority order with little signs that have everyone’s base and aircraft, then proceed to tell everyone how great the 7ER is.
I guess it varies then, last year our name tags didn't have equipment on them. The instructors for the day came into the room and read off a sheet what your assignment was. It would definitely be nice to know before indoc if possible.
