Make sure the two pilots evaluating you in the sim don’t confuse you with the other pilot getting a sim ride. I actually know of one pilot who did fantastic and the other pilot not so good. They actually got the names mixed up and hired the pilot who blew the sim ride and turned down the pilot who did great. True story, that’s just a small glimpse into the disorganization and incompetence of Flexjet training and overall flight ops management.
