My friend that went to ERAU had $120K in debt when she left, and that is without her CFI's. We had somewhere in the $70K range after we finished with CFI, CFII and the CRJ coarse at UND. Flight training costs weren't too bad there. Might have paid 5-10% over a general aviation school's costs and flew 2-year or newer aircraft. So minus the $15K-$20K for tuition and another $10K you probably spent on rent you are down to ~$40K-$45K to get you private, instrument, commercial (SE and ME), CFI, CFII and CRJ transition. not too shabby.
