Did we not have a pilot disciplined for posting on SM a small piece of the seniority list? Granted Curly doesn't post that information, but he does have access to it.
The access issue is no different than what other 3rd parties were doing for ICrew Max, EasyBid and EasySwap. It's access. Nothing more.
I don't think Curly should have a special carve out to provide him with our information to produce his product.
