The problem I'm having is finding someone with enough hours on their schedule to pick up a 20 hr + trip. Looking at the wide report, no one senior to me has the specific calendar days off and/or the pick-up available to take my trip.
Only option I can come up with is to drop it and try to pick it back up myself.

Find someone with a juicy trip already on their schedule, then take it from them with their permission (swap with friends). Start the process and then on the last WS pickup exchange, they just keep the trip.
