Yup I'd agree with that... Currently I'm just at 30 pct and it's been 2 years. However we've been hiring at a very rapid pace these last 2 years and it's anyone's guess how long that will continue...

my only reason for leaving is I just feel the long-term prospects of AS not sure how the widebody stuff will go in United seems like a two headed monster that’s gonna gonna be a top dog in the industry
Currently really don’t have any complaints about Alaska just long-term viability of the company if the widebody stuff doesn’t pan out, United seems like a safe bet of not going anywhere
