with that said: how many times do we have to go into an irop and they cant plus up the support staff numbers? Its impossible to reach anyone by phone OR app in any reasonable timeframe
at this point its clearly a conscious decision by some vp that the cost savings of not having a staff blitz available outweighs the lost crew rotation integrity
If the phones are working or they don't pick up and immediately hang up after you've been waiting 45 minutes.
