I'm not beating myself up, but that said, I know like a dozen who just made the jump to UA/DL without any TPIC, and about the same qualifications I have (now) - just about 3-6 months ago. In the current hiring climate it's not that atypical, actually. Probably the best we've seen since the prime years of 22/23. I just missed out on United's last run but the word is that this fall will accelerate things again. I just recently got my M&G in so I'm optimistic about catching the next wave. Upgrade isn't a possibility for the foreseeable future at my current shop but I do what I can to stand out. I'm optimistic in general.
