They probably got mad at all the people who weren't properly notified of 30hr rest and calling them out on it. Solution, put every person on reserve into 6hrs of rest before the start of every x day block a month out so that you're bound to have to have a required schedule check that validates the rest. This creates 30hrs of rest, even if you don't need it. They can always take it away later if needed.

This works sometimes. But I can’t remember the last time a live scheduler called me to notify just for pre posted rest. If they don’t call or I don’t have a post-rotation schedule check, I’m not self-acknowledging it. This has worked for me and is a fumble from them when they thought I had 30 rest but was never notified.
