Anyway, personal opinion is with all the shuffling coming down the pipe short term there will be some gnashing of teeth but in February of 2027 everyone will be more or less where they are now but with a touch more seniority. New hires I think should look elsewhere.
It appears a couple more guys have opted to retire and a few more new hires have opted to leave for greener pastures rather than deal with this. Plenty of MD captains are opting to downbid since their pay won’t drop until September bid effective date. I’m interested to see if there is a significant difference between the mock and the actual displacement bid. Currently, lots of churn at the bottom of the FO lists, as expected.
