I have been thinking about it. I have not seen anything posted on this yet. If the conundrum in the middle east drags on the chances will increase. Any little hiccup with security concerns in Europe could cause it. Could get interesting.
30 years ago I'd be worried. But in the modern era, geopolitics doesn't seem to have quite the impact on US economy, markets, and travel demand as it did in the past. I mean the Red Army has been engaged in a ground war in Europe for four years now...
Also Iran is in deep doo-doo... they were already significantly degraded from years of sanctions and the US/IL strikes last year (IL did the real damage to their defenses, we mostly focused on the nuclear sites). They're not in a position to create global chaos.
