Usually, when it’s said that hiring stops in June, even if true, that typically means only for summer as instructors are pulled to fly the schedule. Typically hiring resumes in fall.
If we want instructors on the line for summer we need to taper off hiring by the end of April to early May. June new hires will be in the sims in July and august.
