question about previous checkride busts. I went to RTAG a few years ago and spoke with a UAL recruiter, we spoke about my past checkride busts. I have 3, private in 2017, CFII in 2019, and initial LOE 2022. At the time, the recruiter told me to not worry about the private ride since it was so long ago, He said to not even worry too much about the CFII, since I had completed my multi afterward. He said the only real issue was my initial LOE bust, but told me, to let 2 years pass and have a successful captain upgrade and the initial LOE will be irrelevant. Well, I did that, it’s been 4 years now since the initial LOE, and I did have a successful captain upgrade. I suspect that my checkride history is what is hurting my app tho. What is the current hiring trend on this topic?
