I have 3, private in 2017, CFII in 2019, and initial LOE 2022. Allegedly more than three check ride failures, or two 121/135 failures and OTS applicants from Aviate have been getting filtered out lately.
A few years since meeting UAL at a job fair? Time to start updating your app every 2-3 weeks and get back to meeting them every 6-9 months at job fairs. 4 years as a Captain? Try to get your PIC to 1750-2000, and become an instructor. A new type will probably help, especially at a UAL competitor, after those boxes are checked and still no call. Clean up your social media presence.
