Skillbridge has been a win/win for all parties...70% helo guys who have adapted very well to the speed and ops tempo of the X and now the CL300. Those who have the hours (3000, 500 in Baker aircraft) are getting to upgrade to PIC and are doing great...many are being interviewed by majors and getting hired...great news as Baker encourages our pilots to find the jobs that will make them the happiest. 121 is not for everyone, loads of scenarios that justify either path to take as I have come to learn after 6.5yrs in 135 and 20 in 121.
