Open forum of ideas led to a small population of already angry people that want it like their last place and had an open opportunity for them to vocalize it all at once. Not saying the callout will fix it. It was straight training, the inability to fail anyone, and lower than normal experience being hired that the training didnt match amd then fianlly, mostly cpts, sitting in their hands and not being invloved in the flight.
